I offer sessions either in person or online via Zoom.
In person sessions are based at R&R Consulting Centres, 41 Saint Isan Road, Heath, Cardiff, CF14 4LW.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes but this can vary depending on need (e.g. shorter for younger children, or longer if needed for trauma focused work)
